摘要
在舒尔曼教师知识理论的基础上,特勒-比赛特发展并建构了一套由十二种类型知识组成的"教师知识库理论",涵盖了关于学科、课程、教学、学习者、教学理念、教育情境的知识及自我认知等多个领域。十二种知识类型间相互作用、相互联系,并在整体共同发展的基础上推动了教师个体的发展进步。该理论有助于完善我国教师专业发展理论,指导教师人才培养实践,及推动职业教育教师发展模式的创新。
On the basis of Lee Shulman's theory of knowledge bases for teaching,R.oise Tumer-Bisset developed his model of knowledge bases,which is composed of twelve knowledge categories,covering knowledge about subject, curriculum, teaching, learners, pedagogical concept, educational context and about self. The twelve categories of knowledge are mutually connected and interactive with each other,which in turn makes the teachers" personal development possible. Turner-Bisset's theory of the knowledge base provides insights for developing localized theories of teacher professional development,modifying teacher talents training practice and innovating vocational teachers preparation and development models.
