葛根素治疗糖尿病合并颈动脉硬化患者细胞黏附分子和炎症因子的改变及临床意义 被引量:3

Effects of puerarin treatment on the levels of sVCAM-1 and hsCRP and their clinical significances in diabetic patients with carotid atherosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨葛根素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并颈动脉硬化的作用机制。方法将80例T2DM合并颈动脉硬化患者分为葛根素治疗组和对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)及高敏C反应蛋白(hsC RP)的变化。结果葛根素治疗组经治疗后血液流变学各项指标均有下降(P<0.05);sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、hsC-RP水平明显下降(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后各项指标差别均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论葛根素能改善T2DM合并颈动脉硬化患者的血液流变学,调节改善免疫细胞黏附分子和炎症因子表达,对血管有保护作用。 Objective To explore effects of puerarin on the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), soluble vascular ceil adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-I) and high sensitive C- reactive protein (hsC-RP) and their clinical significance in DM patients with carotid atherosclerosis (CA). Methods 80 T2DM patients with CA were divided into puerarin group and control group, sICAM-1, sVCAM-I and hsC-RP were determined by ELISA and compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The puerarin group had a lower levels of slCAM-1, sVCAM 1, hsC-RP and hemorrheologie parameters than control group (all P 〈 0. 05) after treatment. Conclusions Puerarin can improve hemorrheology, regulate the cell adhesion molecules and control the inflamation, which has a protective role in diabetic vascular disease.
