不同糖耐量人群血浆前列腺素E2水平及与胰岛素抵抗的关系

The relationship between prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and insulin resistance in subjects with different glucose tolerance

目的比较不同糖耐量人群血浆前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的差异及与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法糖耐量异常组(IGT组)100例,2型糖尿病组(T2DM组)100例,对照组(NC组)60名。比较各组血浆PGE2水平的差异,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 T2DM组空腹血浆PGE2水平比IGT组及NC组明显升高(P<0.05),IGT组也高于NC组(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果表明PGE2是HOMA-IR的危险因素。结论 PGE2可能在IR发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the （IR） in different glucose tolerance. Methods relationship between plasma PGE2 and insulin resistance 100 cases with impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）, 100 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）, and 60 healthy controls （NC） were enrolled. The plasma PGE2 was compared among three groups. HOMA-IR index was calculated by the HOMA model. Results The levels of PGE2 was higher in T2DM than in IGT and NC group （all P〈0.05）, and it was higher in IGT group than in NC group, （P〈0.05）. Stepwise multiple regression showed that PGE2 was a risk factor for HOMA-IR. Conclusion PGE2 may contribute to the development of IR.
