摘要
目的研究耐药的鲍氏不动杆菌16S rRNA甲基化酶基因携带情况。方法 2008年10月-2010年6月医院临床各科室送检的不同来源标本中,分离到134株鲍氏不动杆菌,对其进行药敏试验;在获得的耐药菌株中,对armAr、mtAr、mtB和rmtC 4种16S rRNA甲基化酶基因进行PCR扩增和序列分析。结果 134株鲍氏不动杆菌对9种抗菌药物的耐药率>50.00%的为:氨曲南78.36%、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶75.37%、环丙沙星71.64%、米诺环素64.93%、哌拉西林77.61%、庆大霉素72.39%,耐药率<50.00%的为:阿米卡星32.09%、甲氧苄啶40.3%、亚胺培南26.12%;43株耐阿米卡星的鲍氏不动杆菌中,有30株检测到armA基因,检测阳性率为69.77%,5株检测到rmtA基因,检测阳性率为11.63%,未检测到rmtB、rmtC基因。结论鲍氏不动杆菌中主要携带的16S rRNA甲基化酶基因是armA基因。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of 16S rRNA methylase gene in Acinetobacter baumannii.METHODS A total of 134 strains bacteria isolated from the samples sent by different departments from Oct.2008 to Jun.2010.After taking drug sensitive test,the resistant strains were acquired.PCR amplification and sequence analysis were performed on the four 16S rRNA methylase genes(armA,rmtA,rmtB and rmtC) in the bacteria.RESULTS The drug resistant rates of 134 strains of ABA to 9 kinds of antibiotics were more than 50.00%,Aztreonam 78.36%,Sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim 75.37%,Ciprofloxacin 71.64%,Minocycline 64.93%,Piperacillin 77.61% and Gentamicin 72.39%;The drug resistant rates were less than 50.00%,including amikacin 32.09%,trimethoprim 40.30% and imipenem 26.12%.Among 43 strains of amikacin-resistant of ABA,armA genes were detected in 30 strains,rmtA genes were detected in 5 strains,but no rmtB and rmtC genes were detected.CONCLUSION The main 16S rRNA methylase gene in ABA is armA.
