ICU患者呼吸系统感染分析

Respiratory system infection of patients in ICU

目的研究与探讨ICU患者呼吸系统感染的病因、传播途径及预防方法。方法提取2009年1-12月的198例ICU住院患者的各种病例资料,并对相关资料进行分析。结果 2009年ICU共收治患者198例,发生医院感染22例,45例次,感染率11.11%,例次感染率22.73%;共培养出病原菌60株,以白色假丝酵母菌最多,占30.00%,其次是肺炎克雷伯菌,占16.66%,铜绿假单胞菌占10.00%。结论了解病因,切断各种感染传播途径,才能把感染降到最低。

OBJECTIVE To study and discuss the pathogen,routes of transmission and prevention ways of respiratory infection in ICU patients.METHODS The various clinical data of 198 cases of inpatients in ICU from Jan to Dec 2009 were extracted,and the relevant information was analyzed.RESULTS Of 198 cases of ICU patients in 2009,22 cases occurred nosocomial infection.Among the 45 case-times in total,the infection rate was 11.11% and case-time infection rate was 22.73%.A total of 60 strains pathogenic bacteria were cultured,Candida albicans was the most,accounting for 30.00%,followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae（16.66%） and Pseudomonas aeruginosa（10.00%）.CONCLUSION To understand the etiology,cut off the transmission routes of various infections could reduce the infection down to the minimized level.
