神经外科手术感染危险因素分析与预防控制

Prevention and control of risk factors in neurosurgical infection

目的探讨神经外科手术感染的危险因素及其预防与控制措施。方法针对易引起神经外科手术感染的因素进行分析,建立健全严格的器械清洗、消毒制度,无菌植入物品使用管理制度,强化手术环境管理及无菌技术制度,强化手术人员及患者管理制度,加强手术人员知识培训,确保制度的落实。结果完善了围手术期感染控制流程,提高了护理人员预防手术感染意识,确保神经外科手术的安全,降低了手术感染率。结论制定科学完善的管理措施,并确保其正确实施是预防神经科手术感染的关键。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors and its prevent and control in neurosurgical infection.METHODS The risk factors of neurosurgical infection were analyzed.The comprehensive and strict system of washing and sterilization of operative instruments were established.The usage of aseptic implantable articles was strictly managed.The management of operation environment,faculty,patients,and aseptic technique were further strengthened.The samples of the faculty were cultivated routinely and the fulfillment of institution was assured.RESULTS The procedure of peri-operation infection control was improved.The awareness of infection prevention during neurosurgical operations was improved for the nurse faculty.A safe operation procedure was ascertained.The risk of neurosurgial infection was decreased.CONCLUSION Scientific and consummate management of neurosurgical infection and its proper fulfillment are the key factors to prevent neurosurgical infection.
