岗前培训对加强保洁人员医院感染知识的作用

Role of pre-job training about hospital infection in cleaning staff′s

目的加强保洁人员医院感染知识及自我防护,控制医院感染。方法岗前培训前后采用自拟问卷调查医院68名保洁人员对医院感染知识的掌握程度及个人防护现状。结果 68名保洁人员的学历为小学59人,占86.8%,初中5人,占7.3%,在医院工作〈1年14人,占20.6%,工作1~5年41人,占60.3%;培训前68名保洁人员对医院感染的相关知识缺乏,其中六步洗手法知晓率仅为5.9%,对针刺伤后正确处理方法知晓率仅为7.4%;培训前医院感染知识的平均知晓率为45.3%,培训后为95.7%,经统计学2χ检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对保洁人员进行岗前培训,对预防医院感染能发挥积极作用。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the knowledge of the cleaning staff about hospital infection and self-protection,so as to control hospital infection.METHODS Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 68 cleaning staff＇s mastery of knowledge about nosocomial infection and personal protective status quo.RESULTS Of 68 cleaning personnel,59 were primary education（accounting for 86.8%）,5 were junior high school education（accounting for 7.3%）.14 were with work experience less than 1 year,accounting for 20.6%,41 were with 1-5 years′ work experience,accounting for 60.3%;68 cleaning personnel lacked of the related knowledge about nosocomial infection before the training,the awareness rate to six-step cleaning hands was only 7.4%;the average awareness rate before and after the training were 45.3% and 95.7%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference according to χ^2 test statistics（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Pre-job training of cleaning personnel play an active role in preventing nosocomial infection.
