推销人员提高业务素质的途径及其自我管理

摘要 本文从市场经济理论出发,阐述市场经济条件下需要专职的推销人员从事商品的推销工作, 而社会和企业的发展急需高层次的推销人员。为此, 必须从现在开始注重对各级各类推销人员的业务技术培训。同时, 探讨了推销人员提高业务素质的途径, 并指出推销人员加强自我管理的必要性和树立自我管理观念、提高推销效率。 Based on the theory of market economy ,the article has made an exposition of that selling work should be done by full-time salesmen under the condition of market economy and salemen of high level are badly needed for the sake of the development of society and enterprises. Thus from now on,business training of various salesmen should be paid attention to.At the same time,the way of heightening the business ability of the salesmen are discussed in the article and some other things are also discussed ,such as the necessity of heightening self-manangement of the salesmen,fostering the outlook of self-management,increase the selling efficency and the ways of getting selling achievement.
