This thesis, based on systems condition analyzed with dissipation structure, discusses the outer function in the process of evolution of nature.It seems that the outer function may chang the exchange of substance and energy when the system is equilibrium,may maintain or destroy the systems structure when the system is organized by itself and provide chance for deviation when the system is in the demarcation point.
