摘要
采用浓硫酸和少量发烟硫酸在常温下合成了水溶性的四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯基)卟啉及其铁、钴、铜、锌、锰和镍金属化合物,采用核磁、质谱、紫外和元素分析仪对其结构进行了表征。该方法采用一定比例的浓硫酸和发烟硫酸混合物在常温下与卟啉反应,产物收率均超过98%。替代了文献中所采用的氯磺酸和硅烷氯磺酸酯等稳定性差且易于产生HCl这种酸性气体的磺化剂,不仅降低了成本,免于强腐蚀性的HCl气体生成,还节省了能源,符合节能减排的原则,有利于这些化合物今后的工业化生产和应用。
The watersoluble meso-tetra(4-methoxyl-3-sulfophenyl)porphyrin and metallized compounds thereof,including Fe,Co,Mn,Ni,Zn,Cu complexes,were prepared at ambient temperature with the mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and 20% oleum as the sulphonating agent,and characterized by means of EA,UV,MS,and 1HNMR.The process was carried out at room temperature,under the liquid phase contact of substrates with the mixed acid of H2SO4 and oleum,at room temperature,while more than 98% yieds of the sulphonated products obtained,had advantages over the reported processes that used chlorosulfonic acid and ClSO3SiMe3 as sulphonating agents,and was favourable for industrialised production and application,due to steering clear of formation of corrosive,unenvironmental-friendly HCl gas and elevated temperature,giving a good fit to the guideline of Energy-saving and Emission-reducing.
