Synthesis of 2-(2′-(2″-toluene sulfonyl ester ethoxy)-4′-N-trifluoroacetyl-phenyl) benzothiazole

以邻氨基苯硫酚等为原料,与对氨基水杨酸缩合,再经酰化反应、烷基化反应和酯化反应而制得标题化合物,总收率31.7%。

2-（2′-（2″-Toluene sulfonyl ester ethoxy）-4′-N-trifluoroacetyl-phenyl） benzothiazole was synthesized using raw material of o-amino thiophenol,which was converted into 2-（2′-hydroxy-4′-aminophenyl） benzothiazole,then followed by acylation,alkylation and esterification.The overall yield was 31.7%.
