摘要
建立了食品添加剂凹凸棒粘土定性表征和定量分析方法,采用扫描电镜法进行定性分析,并与常见的脱色剂膨润土进行了对照分析,结果表明,凹凸棒粘土呈典型的纤维状,与膨润土有明显的差别。样本采用滴定法对其主要指标-吸蓝量进行了测定,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)法对样本的主要元素铝和镁进行了测定,采用重量法对样本中的硅进行了测定,并采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法对样本中的毒害元素铅、砷等进行了分析,结果表明,目前市场上流通的食品添加剂凹凸棒粘土大部分符合我们制定的国家标准。
The qualitative characterization and quantitative analysis method of food additive attapulgite clay has been established.Qualitative analysis was proceeded with scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),and contrast analysis was proceeded with common decolorant bentonite.The results indicated that attapulgite clay was typical fibrous,and it has obvious difference with bentonite.Methylene blue value was determined by titration.Major elements such as aluminium and magnesium were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP).Silicon was determined by weighted method,the toxic elements such as lead and arsenicwere analyzed by atomic absorption method and atomic fluorescent method.The result indicated that most of attapulgite clay as food additive in market meet to national standard.
