某集气站天然气压缩机噪声治理

Noise control of a gas compressor in a gas gathering station

鄂尔多斯盆地靖边气田某集气站天然气压缩机在运行过程中厂界区等效噪声排放值达66 dB(A),超过了国家相关标准,影响了员工和周围居民的工作、生活。通过对该压缩机产生的噪声进行现场监测和频谱分析,找到了导致噪声高的根源——主要是20 Hz以下的低频音。从生产实际出发,同时兼顾照明、通风和降温等需要,先后采取了3项降噪措施:①在压缩机周围和顶部搭建半封闭式吸隔音屏障;②在消音器周围安装半封闭式吸隔音围护;③给动力缸排烟管包裹保温岩棉。复测结果显示:该集气站厂界区等效噪声值低于国家标准规定的夜间排放限值55 dB(A)。上述降噪方法可为其他集气站噪声治理提供借鉴和参考。

During the normal operation of a natural gas compressor in a gas gathering station of the Jingbian Gas Field,Ordos Basin,the produced noise of the equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level at the station boundary reaches 66 dB(A),exceeding the related national standard,which results in a bad impact on the residents working and living around this station.Through in-situ monitoring and spectrum analysis of the noise made by this gas compressor,we found that this big noise originates mainly from low-frequency sound less than 20 Hz.Starting from the actual working situation,we have taken the following three noise reduction measures,taking into account all the needs of lighting,ventilation,and cooling.First,semi-closed sound insulation screens around and at the top of this compressor were installed.Second,a semi-closed sound insulation plate was set up around the muffler.Third,the exhaust manifold of power cylinder was wrapped up by the heat-insulation rock wool.Results from repetition measurement show that the equivalent noise level within the boundary of this station is successfully reduced to be under the night noise limit of 55 dB(A) required by the national standard.All those aforementioned noise reduction measures will be a great value of reference to effectively controlling the annoying noise in other gas gathering stations.
