摘要 为充分利用工业废热、提高能源利用效率、减少热排放,将喷射制冷与闪蒸制冷进行有机结合,以工业生产中产生的大量废热蒸汽为动力,利用喷射器的抽吸原理,通过蒸发冷却将闪蒸器中的水冷却至5-10℃,混合冷凝器则可输出50—60℃热水,达到同时实现制冷和制热,满足不同用户要求的目的。 In order to make full use of waste heat, to improve energy efficiency and to reduce heat vent, an ejector compression- flash evaporating compound cooling system was proposed. The compound cooling system was driven by the waste steam yield during industrial process. The ejector was worked as a compressor while the flash evaporator worked as an cooler where the water was cooled down to 5-10℃. From the mixed condenser, hot water of 50 -60℃ was yielded. Hence, the system can output cooling water and hot water at the same time to satisfy various customers.
