摘要
组合网架是由混凝土楼板、钢网架和抗剪连接件组成的空间结构。抗剪连接件是组合网架上下两部分共同工作的基础,而在现有规范中,并没有对其设计做出明确规定。本文在探讨了现浇楼板和钢网架接触面上的剪力分布规律并据其提出抗剪连接设计准则的基础上,利用有限元法和等代空间桁架分析法分别推导出了接触面剪力计算公式,并通过数值解和实测值的比较,证明了这两种剪力计算公式的有效性,从而进一步推导出了组合网架抗剪连接件的设计公式。本文将为今后类似工程的抗剪连接设计提供参考。
The composite space truss is a kind of spatial structure,which consists of the concrete floor slab,steel grid structure and the shear connector.The shear connector is the basis of the joint working of the concrete floor slab and the steel grid structure,but Chinese existing norms on the shear connector's design do not make definite stipulation.After approaching the shear distribution of the interfaces between steel and concrete and the designing criterion of the shear connector,two kinds of the calculating formula of shear force in the interface are deduced based on the finite element method and the equivalent space truss system method in the article.The result of the equation matches with that of the practicing measure,which validates the reliability of the computational method.Then the design formula of the shear connector is further deduced.The article provides a reference for the shear connector's design of the similar engineering.
