社会模式的选择和设计是社会工程研究的重要内容。社会模式具有规律、价值和条件相统一的三维结构,社会模式是社会管理者选择、设计和建构的社会机制、制度、政策、法律法规等社会规范体系。规律是社会模式的生存基础,价值是社会模式的内在灵魂,条件是社会模式的现实制约。选择和设计是社会模式形成的两种路径,在社会模式的形成过程中,两者紧密地交织在一起,贯穿着模式形成的整个过程。

Options and designs of social mode is an important field in studies of social engineering.The social mode is three-dimensional in structure.This a system of social norms composed of social mechanism,social system,policies,laws and regulations chosen and designed by managers of the society.The law is the foundation of the social mode,the value is the inner soul of it,and conditions are its practical constraints.Options and designs are two approaches to formation of the social mode.They are woven together and present themselves throughout the formation process of the social mode.
