摘要
将竹荪分成三大部分:可食部分的菌体(菌柄和菌裙)、菌盖和菌盖上附着的孢体,以及菌托(外皮和胶质),探讨各部分的营养价值、生物活性与研究现状,指出其潜在的开发利用价值以及竹荪资源开发利用的广阔前景。
In this paper the fruitbody of Dictyophora was divided into three parts, which were edible parts of the fruitbodies (stipe and skirt), the pileus and spores, and the volva (skin and glial). The nutrient components, biological activity and research status were reviewed, and their potential applications were point out. The trend of development of the utilization of Dictyophora resource were put forword.
