摘要
2008年6月~2010年8月,通过对甘肃省中南部地区主栽食用菌品种金针菇、香菇、平菇175个样品及3个食用菌生产基地的灌溉用水和培养料(棉籽壳)的农药残留发生情况进行调查。结果显示,滴滴涕、甲胺磷等剧毒和高毒农药、甲基托布津在3种主栽食用菌175个样品中均未测出;多菌灵、氯氰菊酯及溴氰菊酯等有少量残留,但均在检出限值以内;3个生产基地灌溉用水均未检测出农药残留;3个生产基地的培养料(棉籽壳)中均测出多菌灵、氯氰菊酯及甲基托布津,其中陇南市康县阳坝镇食用菌示范生产基地培养料(棉籽壳)样品中还含有滴滴涕0.0635 mg.kg-1、溴氰菊酯0.010 mg.kg-1,均在检出限值范围以内。
The investigation research on pesticide residues of main edible fungi varieties in Gansu province had carried out. The irrigation-water and compost (cottonseed hull) of 3 production bases and 175 samples of Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edo- des, Pleurotus ostreatus were detected. The results showed that DDT, Methamidophos and highly-toxic-pesticide, Thiophanate- Methl were not measured in 175 samples of 3 main varieties. Carbendazim, Cypermethrin and Dehamethrin were a little of residues, however within outgoing quality limit. The different irrigation-waters of 3 production bases were not detected pesticide residue. Carbendazim, Cypermethrin and Thiophanate-Methl of all the compost (cottonseed hull) were detected in 3 production bases. Besides there were 0.0635 mg.kg-1 DDT and 0.010 mg.kg -1 Dehamethrin in copost (cottonseed hull) of production base in Yangban town, Kang county, but all of them were within range.
