摘要
通过寿命试验研究了TEG1-127-1.4-1.6-250型碲化铋材料温差发电组件在模拟使用过程中电输出性能的衰减规律,并讨论了碲化铋材料制备工艺对温差发电组件可靠性的影响。研究表明,在热面温度250℃,2 250 h的寿命试验中,碲化铋材料温差发电组件的电输出性能衰减速率随时间的增加不断减小。热压制备碲化铋材料发电组件的最大输出功率与区熔制备碲化铋材料发电组件相当,但热压碲化铋材料组件的可靠性高于区熔碲化铋材料组件,其开路电压,动态内阻及最大输出功率随时间的衰减速率均大大低于区熔材料组件。
In this study,the output power performance attenuation of Bi2Te3 based thermoelectric generator(BiTe TEG)(TEG1-127-1.4-1.6-250)was investigated in the simulation by life test,and the effect of preparation technique for BiTe materials on reliability of TEG was also studied.The results show that,when process time increases,the decay rate of output power performance decreases in the life test with the hot side temperature of 250 ℃ for 2 250 h.The maximum output power of hot-pressed BiTe TEG is almost similar with that of zone melting BiTe TEG,however,the reliability of hot-pressed BiTe TEG is higher than that of zone melting BiTe TEG,and the time decay rate of the open-circuit voltage,the dynamic inner-resistance and the maximum output power of hot-pressed BiTe TEG are much lower than those of zone melting BiTe TEG.
