量子点细胞毒性效应研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 量子点(quantum dots,QDs)是一种新型的无机纳米荧光标记材料,以其激发光谱宽而连续、荧光发射峰窄而对称、一元激发多元发射以及耐光漂白性好等荧光光学优势在细胞标记、成像、示踪等方面得到广泛的应用.随着对QDs研究的不断深入,发现QDs具有一定的细胞毒性并在一定程度上限制了其应用.本文对近年来QDs细胞毒性研究的进展进行了总结,重点阐述了QDs对细胞膜、细胞器、DNA以及细胞信使物质的毒性效应,并在当前研究的基础上对QDs细胞毒理学的研究进行了展望. Quantum dots(QDs),relatively new inorganic semiconductor nanocrystals,have been widely used as fluorescent probes in the research fields of cell labeling,imaging and tracking due to their excellent fluorescence properties such as stable and tunable multicolor fluorescence,broad absorption with narrow emission spectra,and anti-photobleaching and so on.With the continuous studying of QDs,it was found that the cytotoxicity of QDs has limited their application to some extent.This article summarizes the research of cytotoxicity of QDs in recent years,focusing on the effect of QDs on cell membrane,organelles,DNA and cell messenger substances.Finally we put forward our views to the future research of cytotoxicity of QDs based on current knowledge.
