摘要
研究了聚合铁铝/PDM复合药剂对黄河下游引黄高藻水库水的处理效果。烧杯试验显示,在原水浊度为15 NTU、CODMn为6.5 mg/L、藻类数为1 589×104个/L的条件下,由质量比为15∶1的聚合铁铝与PDM复合而成的混凝剂较单独聚合铁铝的除浊率提高了19.3%、对CODMn的去除率提高了19.1%。在实际应用时,15∶1的复合药剂能将滤后水浊度降至0.3 NTU以下,达到企业内控要求。此外,在相同的除浊效果下,经高锰酸钾预氧化后投加聚合铁铝/PDM复合药剂能在一定程度上减少预氯的投量,从而减少卤代有机物的形成,提高供水水质的安全性。
The effect of PAFC/PDM compound coagulant on treatment of reservoir water with high algae from the lower Yellow River was studied. The jar test shows that under the conditions of raw water turbidity 15 NTU, CODMn 1 6.5 mg/L, algae 1 589 × 10^4 ind./L, dosing compound coagulant with mass ratio of PAFC to PDM of 15 : 1 can increase the removal rates of turbidity and CODMn by 19.3% and 19.1% compared with dosing PAFC alone. In the actual application, dosing compound coagulant with mass ratio of PAFC to PDM of 15 : 1 can decrease the filtered water turbidity to below 0.3 NTU, meeting the requirements for enterprise internal control. In addition, under the same removal effect of turbidity, dosing PAFC/PDM compound coagulant can reduce the prechlorination dosage to a certain extent after potassium permanganate preoxidation. Thus, the formation of halogenated organic compounds is reduced, and the water supply quality safety is improved.
