摘要
采用连续流砂反硝化过滤器对某污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行反硝化脱氮中试,并分别选用乙酸、乙酸钠、乙醇作为反硝化的补充碳源,考察了该过滤器的脱氮效果及其抗负荷冲击能力。结果显示,系统在投加不同碳源、负荷发生较大变化的情况下,都能较好地去除原水中的硝态氮,但从安全性及经济性等方面考虑,最终采用乙酸钠作为补充碳源;系统在停止运行几天、重新启动后只需4.5 h便可恢复到正常运行状态。可见,连续流砂反硝化过滤系统可用于市政污水深度处理中的脱氮,并能保证出水水质达标排放。
Continuous sand filter with denitrification was used to remove nitrogen from secondary effluent of a WWTP, and acetic acid, sodium acetate and ethanol were used as additional carbon sources respectively. The nitrogen removal efficiency and anti-shock loading capability of the filter were investigated. The results show that the filter can effectively remove nitrate nitrogen when different carbon sources are added and the loading rate is greatly changed. Considering the operating cost and safety, sodium ace- tate is finally used as carbon source in the pilot study. It only takes 4.5 hours to restart and operate the system normally after being stopped for several days. So the continuous sand filter with denitrification can be used to remove nitrogen in advanced treatment process of municipal wastewater, and the treated effluent can meet the discharge standard.
