摘要
研究了两种材料制作的除气板,分析了有机添加物含量和工艺参数对除气板透气性的影响,分析了特制石墨除气板的气泡分布状态,并通过水模拟试验对工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,两种除气板产生的气泡细小、均匀,数量适中,经对铝液的实际除气处理,ZL101A合金液的密度大于2.62g/cm3,针孔度等级小于二级。
Two degassing plates made of different materials were studied.Effects of gas permeability of degassing plate were examined by altering the organic additives content and process parameters.The bubble distribution state of the special graphite degassing plate was also investigated.In the end,the process parameters were optimized through water simulation.The results show that the purging bubbles from two degassing plates are very fine and uniformly distributed and the bubble amount is appropriate.The two degassing plates were practically applied to Al-alloy melt,and the ZL101A melt obtained has a density more than 2.62 g/cm3 and a pinhole grade less than 2.
