摘要
以中碳链甘三酯和大豆油为原料,以甲醇钠为催化剂催化酯交换反应合成中/长链结构甘三酯。研究了反应温度、反应时间和甲醇钠添加量3个因素对酯交换反应的影响。结果表明,反应温度50℃,反应时间20 min,甲醇钠添加量(以油质量计)0.3%时酯交换反应达到最佳状态,产物中中/长链结构甘三酯的含量为75.29%。通过正交极差分析得出,甲醇钠添加量是影响酯交换反应的主要因素,其次是反应温度,反应时间的影响较小。
The soybean oil and medium -chain triglycerides were selected as the raw materials to prepare the medium / long - chain structured triglycerides. The effects of the reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst (sodium methoxide)dosage on the degree of transesterification were researched. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 50 ~C, reaction time 20 rain, catalyst dosage 0.3% (based on the mass of oil). Under the optimal conditions, the yield of medium/longchain structured triglycerides was 75.29%. In addition, the orthogonal range analysis showed that the amount of catalyst was the most important factor for the degree of transesterification, followed by the reaction temperature, reaction time.
