摘要
综述了热分析技术在球墨铸铁炉前化学成分测定与控制、石墨形态和球化率预测、力学性能预报等方面的发展历程,并指出了目前存在的问题和发展趋势,为今后球墨铸铁热分析技术的进一步研究和应用提供了参考。
The application and development of the thermal analysis technology in ductile iron production were reviewed in this paper,which include chemical composition measuring and control,graphite morphology and spheroidization rate forecast,mechanical properties prediction,etc.The existing problems and the developing tendency of the technique were pointed out,which can be reference for further researches.
