摘要
采用水化脱胶、化学碱炼、吸附脱色及汽提脱臭等步骤制备无色油茶籽油。重点研究油茶籽油脱色过程,并探讨溶剂及吸附剂种类、用量对脱色效果的影响。结果表明脱色的最佳工艺条件为:油茶籽油与石油醚的体积比为1∶2.0,活性炭用量为油质量的30%,脱色时间为20 min。在最佳工艺条件下,脱色率为92.7%。
Colorless oil - tea camellia seed oil was obtained by water degumming, alkali refining, adsorption bleaching and steam deodorization. The bleaching process was studied as the focus in preparation of colorless oil - tea camellia seed oil. The effects of solvents, type of adsorbent and dosage of adsorbent on bleaching were discussed. The optimum bleaching conditions were as follows : volume ratio of oil - tea camellia seed oil to petroleum ether 1: 2.0, activated carbon dosage 30% (bass on the mass of oil), 20 rain. Under the optimal conditions the bleaching rate was 92.7%.
