摘要 本研究以煤机行业使用的ZG25MnNi和ZG30Mn2铸钢件为参照对象,借助于真空熔炼钮扣锭的试验方法,并辅以相应的热处理工艺,优化出适合于煤机工况的改良型铸钢材料,其主要成分范围为0.2%~0.4%C、1.0%~1.8%Mn、0.01%~0.04%Nb。改良型铸钢材料具有较高的硬度和更好的耐磨性,实际生产后改良型铸钢件的综合力学性能有明显提高。 In order to improve the properties of some steel casting,the study was carried out based on the steel castings of ZG25MnNi and ZG30Mn2,which were practically used in coal mining industry.The button ingots of cast steel were produced by using of the vacuum arc furnace in lab.At the same time,the heat treatments were studied in theory and practice.As a result,a new kind of steel casting material was obtained,with a composition range of 0.2%-0.4% C,1%-1.8% Mn and 0.01%-0.04% Nb.The modified material has higher hardness and better wear resistance.Furthermore,the practical production validated that the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel castings were enhanced greatly.
