摘要
分析了动植物油脂闪点限值试验方法与闪点测定方法的异同,并通过对实际油脂样品的测定,提出相对于闪点测定方法,闪点限值试验方法更为严格。为了规避油脂运输和加工过程中存在的安全隐患,国际标准化组织(ISO)和美国油脂化学家协会(AOCS)推荐在国际贸易中,特别是涉及储运安全时,优先采用油脂闪点限值试验方法。
Both flashpoint limit test method and traditional flash point test method for animal and vegetable oils were compared. The analysis of real samples of fats and oils demonstrated that the flashpoint limit test method was more stringent than the traditional method. The flashpoint limit test method was highly recommended to employ among world trade by both ISO and AOCS in an attempt to avoid potential hazards during the transportation, processing and storage especially.
