宁夏水资源费征收管理问题探讨

Discuss on management of water resources fees collection in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

水资源费是体现国家对自然资源实行有偿使用的行政性收费,征收水资源费是水资源有偿使用制度的实现形式,是加强水资源管理、促进节约用水工作的重要手段。在分析宁夏水资源费征收管理工作实践的基础上,提出了相关对策。

As one of administrative charges for the use of natural resources in China, to collect water fees is the realization of the use-and-pay water resources system and an important means for improving water resources management and water-saving. Based on the practices of water resources fees collection management in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the corresponding counter-measures are put forward.
