硼酸盐作碳石墨材料抗氧化涂层的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用硼酸盐涂层工艺来防护碳石墨材料被氧化是一种较经济的技术。防护效果也相当好。通过一系列的试验,对B_2O_3、Na_2O—B_2O_3、Na_2B_4O_7防护碳石墨材料被氧化的机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明,B_2O_3涂层在干燥空气中可以保证900℃、24h不氧化,700℃、100h不氧化,1000℃、2h不氧化;Na,O—B_2O_3涂层在干湿空气中都可以达到B_2O_3涂层的效果,Na_2B_4O_7在短时间高温下对碳石墨材料的氧化防护有一定的作用。 The oxidation protection of carbon and graphite materials using borate coatings is an economic technigue and the protection effect is very good.The mechanisms of oxidation protection using B2O3, Na2O-B2O3 and Na2B4O7 for carbon and graphite materials by a series of tests have been approached.The test results show that B2O3 coating make carbon and graphite materials be not oxidized at 900℃ for 24 hours, 700℃ for 100 hours, 1000℃ for 2 hours in dry air5 Na2O-B2O3 coatings are same effects with B2O3 coating in dry and humid air; Na2B4O7 coating is effective on oxidation protection of carbon and graphite materials at high temperature for short time.
