美国政府信息公开进程中的数字档案馆建设及对我国的启示

美国政府信息公开与数字档案馆建设所取得的成就位于世界前列。本文运用历史分析与案例分析的研究方法,对美国信息公开与数字档案馆建设进程进行了研究,发现二者平行发展,却又在深层次上相互促进。美国的经验对于我国数字档案馆建设借助于政府信息公开制度获得发展契机,具有重要启示。

The achievements in government information disclosure and digital archives construction in the United States rank the first in the world.Using the methodology of historical analysis and case study,this paper studies the process of government information disclosure and digital archives of the Unite states,finds out that both of them develop in parallel,but boost each other in deep layer.American experiences provide significant enlightenments for Chinese digital archives to obtain development chance by drawing support from open government information institutions.
