事由原则与来源原则在本质理念上的统一——工程项目档案整理引发的思考

"来源原则"在与"事由原则"的博弈中逐渐取得了今天档案整理"至善原则"、"最高原则"的地位,并被奉为档案学的核心支柱理论。然而"来源原则"也并非放之四海而皆准的定律,自由来源原则和"广义来源原则"的相继出现实质上就是对来源联系适用性的质疑。与其一味扩大"来源"内涵,不如大方承认来源原则的局限而把事由原则一并纳入。来源联系与事由联系都只是若干有机联系中的一种,并无纯粹的优越性,他们有各自的适用范围,是并列统一的,统一于档案整理的本质理念——有机联系。

The principle of provenance,which is the core theory of archives science gradually achieved the status of ＂perfect principle＂ and ＂highest-level principle＂ after the competition with the principle of pertinence.However,the principle of provenance is not the universal law.The free principle of provenance and the general principle of provenance essentially questioned the applicability of the source contact.The author thinks we＇d rather confess the limitations of the principle of provenance than expand the content of the source.The source contact is just one of the organic links but not the best.They are the same in the essence concept of the archival arrangement.
