摘要
针对邢东矿千米深井大跨度采准煤巷围岩急剧变形失稳的矿压显现特征,本文提出了采用高预应力强力锚杆支护系统、顶板桁架锚索和煤帮锚索-槽钢桁架联合支护千米深井巷道的控制对策,阐述了其控制原理,并综合应用理论计算分析、数值模拟优化和工程类比等方法确定联合控制方案。现场实践表明,该方案能有效解决千米深井大变形煤巷围岩控制难题,且产生了显著的技术经济效益,为更深部采区更高应力条件下的锚杆索支护提供技术依据。
According to the problem of rapid failure and instability of large-span coal entery at kilometer deep mine of Xingdong colliery,a new control measure resort to the high pretensioned stress bolt,roof cable truss and coal side cable-channel steel is put forward in the paper.Its control mechanism is discussed and combined support scheme is defined by way of theoretic calculation and analysis,numerical simulation optimization and engineering analogism.The field application shows that the scheme solved the problem of surrounding rock control in kilometer deep mine,and it also creats great economic benefits and provides scientific basis for cable and bolt support under the condition of deeper mining area and higher stress.
