孤岛面预掘卸压硐室防冲击矿压数值模拟研究

摘要 针对某矿井孤岛工作面运输巷的冲击矿压问题,提出采用预掘卸压硐室防冲击矿压方案;结合孤岛面布置情况,建立平面应变模型,研究孤岛工作面受邻近工作面采动的影响情况;根据卸压硐室的布置方案,建立三维模型,研究掘卸压硐室前后巷道底板沿走向和倾向的等效应力分布特征,分析卸压效果。研究结果表明:预掘卸压硐室防冲方案可以有效的降低巷道底板应力,将巷道底板原应力集中区转移至卸压硐室处,具有明显的卸压效果,可为冲击矿压的防治工作提供一定的参考。 Aimed at rock burst symptom occurred in the roadway of one deep island coal mining face,the rock burst prevent scheme which pre-heading unloading chamber in roadway was put forward.Based on the geological condition of coal mine,we built the plane strain simulation model and do research on the impact of island coal mining face caused by induced working face.Moreover,three dimensional model of unloading chamber was established to study on the equivalent stress distribution characteristic of roadway floor,before and after the heading of unloading chamber.Meanwhile,the unloading effort was analyzed.The result shew that the scheme can obviously reduce the stress of roadway floor and transfer the stress concentration position from roadway floor to unloading chamber.Thus,it can do unload the pressure efficiently,as well as supply reference to preventing and solution of rock burst.
