摘要 将电力设备的故障看成随机过程,利用Crow-AMSAA可靠性增长模型对电力设备在寿命期间的故障数进行预测,考虑预防性维修对故障率的影响,引入维修效果系数ε来修正役龄,推导出设备在寿命期间的运行成本模型,利用MATLAB编程计算对应各维修周期的费用,找出运行成本最低的预防维修周期,为基于预防维修的设备故障预测以及运行成本费用的计算提供了一种新的方法,为电力设备的维修管理提供了依据。 In this paper,the failure of power equipment is regarded as random process,and the number of failures within whole service life of the power equipment is forecasted by using Crow-AMSAA Reliability Growth model.By considering impact of preventive maintenance to the failure rate,the maintenance effect coefficient "ε" is introduced to correct the service year of equipment and maintenance cost model within whole service life is derived.Optimal preventive maintenance period with minimum operation cost can be found with MATLAB program.The proposed method provides a new way for equipment fault prediction and operation cost evaluation under preventive maintenance strategy,which will be useful for maintenance management of power equipment.
