摘要
为研究和验证电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)离合器自动控制策略,开发了AMT离合器综合性能试验台及其测控系统。通过改变惯量盘及加载电机负载力矩,可模拟不同挡位下的各种测试路况,实现对不同离合器结合速度下的车辆起步性能测试。试验结果表明,试验台可以测量AMT离合器控制策略所需要的相关性能参数,并验证所制定的离合器控制策略,为研制开发重型商用车AMT奠定了理论和试验基础。
In order to study and verify the automatic control strategy for the Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT) clutch,a comprehensive performance test bench and control system was developed.By changing the inertia discs and loading moment of the loading motor,different road conditions can be simulated to achieve the vehicle start up performance tests under different gear and clutch engagement speeds.Experiment results showed that the test bench can be used to measure the related performance parameters required by AMT clutch control strategy and verify the control strategy for AMT clutch.The present study provided a theoretical and experimental basis for researching and developing AMT of heavy duty commercial vehicle.
