摘要
对微型消防车座椅框处的开裂原因进行了分析,认为不合理的结构设计造成传力路线的错误是产生问题的主要原因,电测实验结果表明了判断的正确性。并据此提出了结构的修改意见,实践证明修改措施的有效性。文中分析方法及解决问题的思路对专用车的设计提供了有益的帮助。
The cause of breakage at the seat frame of mini fire engine break is analyzed in this paper,the incorrect path of force transfer caused by unreasonable structure design it is found to be the main reason that causes the problem.The result of electrical measurement experiment proves the correctness of the judgment.A plan to improve the structure is presented and the corrective actions are proved to be valid by the test result.The analysis method and problem-solving ideas are helpful for special vehicle design.
