摘要
利用X射线对东方百合组织培养形成的不定芽进行慢性照射,观察不同辐照剂量对不定芽脂质过氧化及酶活性的影响。结果表明,辐照处理可引起东方百合不定芽相关生理生化指标发生显著变化。随着辐射剂量的增高,MDA含量、细胞质膜透性和超氧阴离子含量都呈现先升高后略有下降的趋势。东方百合的CAT、POD、SOD活性多数高于对照,但3种酶活性变化趋势没有表现同步性。
X-ray chronic irradiation was added to the adventitious bud obtained from the tissue culture of oriental lily.Effects of lipid peroxidation and enzyme activity of different dose of radiation on the adventitious bud were observed.The results showed that,the physiological and biochemical index of oriental lily bud have been significant changed by irradiation.With the radiation dose increased,MDA content,cell membrane permeability and superoxide anion concentrations are increased firstly and then a slight downward trend.Activities of CAT,POD,SOD of oriental lily were higher than those of the control,but the trend of three enzymes did not show synchronization.
