摘要
现代职业技术教育的发展,使构建面向整合技术的学科教学法知识(TPCK)的教学能力培养体系成为必须。职技高师院校电气专业应构建面向TPCK的职教师资教学能力培养体系,就教师而言,应夯实教育理论基础,树立现代职业教育理念,并熟悉职业教育类型特征;就学校而言,应坚持TPCK动态整合,改革学科教学法课程,建设教育类课程群,统一教学能力培养平台。
The development of modern vocational and technical education makes the construction of teaching abilities cultivation system for subject teaching method knowledge facing to integrated technology became necessary.The electric specialty in vocational and technical teachers＇ colleges should try to build the teaching abilities cultivation system for vocational education teachers facing to TPCK;meanwhile,teachers should strengthen the foundation of educational theory,establish modern vocational education views and know well the type characteristics of vocational education;the schools should persist in dynamic integration of TPCK,reform the course of subject teaching method,build the curriculum group of educational type and try to unify the teaching abilities cultivation platform.
