摘要 调查显示,目前高职教师存在专业实践操作技能不强、课程开发与科研能力薄弱等问题。推进高职教师专业化发展,应借鉴国外高职教师专业化的成功经验,从政府角度完善高职教师专业化的政策保障体系,从学校层面实施校本培训策略,同时推动教师从个人视角进行教学反思,不断提升自身职业素质和职业能力。 Investigation showed that,higher vocational school teachers faced with some popular problems,such as low professional practice skills,weak curriculum development and scientific research abilities.In order to boost professional development of teachers,higher vocational schools should optimize the policy assurance system for the professionalization of teachers from governmental perspective,implement school-based training strategy on school level and promote teachers to reflect on teaching from individual perspective to continuously enhance their professional quality and professional abilities by referring successful experiences of professionalization of higher vocational school teachers.
