摘要
以高职教育改革发展需要为前提,以有效提高教师教学能力为目标,构建校本师资培训机制,是高职院校提高师资质量的必要途径。高职院校应创新培训途径与方法,同时健全领导与指导机制、激励机制,建立校本研究协作与交流机制,建立学校与学生间的互动机制等,确保校本师资培训的良好运行。
To construct school-based teaching staff training mechanism taking the reform and development demand of higher vocational education as the prerequisite and taking enhancing teacher' teaching abilities as the objective is the necessary approach for enhancing the quality of teaching staff of higher vocational schools.Higher vocational schools should try to innovate training approaches and methods,and build and optimize leadership and guidance mechanism and inspiration mechanism,school-based research cooperation and communication mechanism and interactive mechanism between school and students to assure the effective operation of school-based teaching staff training.
