摘要
针对校企合作中学生顶岗实习时间和岗位主要由企业一方来安排,学校处于被动状态的情况,顺德梁琚职业技术学校积极探索实施学校与企业深度融合的承包制生产性实训教学模式,通过承包企业的生产线,在具有真实生产任务的工作岗位上对学生开展技能实训教学,学生的顶岗实习岗位、实习时间主要由学校安排,学生通过完成生产任务获得报酬。
Aiming at the situation that students' post practice time and posts were arranged only by the enterprises and students are usually passive in school and enterprise cooperation,Shunde Liangqiuju Vocational and Technical College has explored and implemented the jobbing-based productive practice teaching model of deep integration of school and enterprise.The school has carried out skills practice teaching for students on working posts with true productive posts by jobbing the productive line of enterprises.Students' post practice posts and time were arranged mainly by schools and students also acquired salaries by completing productive tasks.
