摘要
建立校企合作委员会制度和顶岗实习管理制度,是校企合作有效、可持续发展的保证。根据学生顶岗实习的需要,在学校和企业分别建立两个层面的管理机构或组织,使得实习前、实习中乃至实习后遇到的问题能够在不同的层面得以解决。为有效应对因顶岗实习时间长或实习时间不确定对教学计划造成的冲击,可采取DL(Doing by Learning)教学模式,构建实习学生继续学习的平台。
To build committee system for school and enterprise cooperation and management system for post training is assurance for effective and sustainable development of school and enterprise cooperation.According to the requirements of post training,the management institutes and organizations on the levels of schools and enterprises were built respectively,and various problems confronted before practice training,during practice training and after practice training were solved.In order to decrease the influence of post practice on teaching plan,the Doing by Learning teaching model can be adopted to build further learning platform for practice training of students.
