摘要
次贷危机爆发以来,发达国家加强了对跨境资本流动的监管。面对受量化宽松驱使的大规模热钱涌入,新兴市场国家亦纷纷重启资本管制措施。当前人民币国际化战略的推进,则将中国推向了是加快资本开放还是维持严格的资本管制的十字路口。一个国家如何选择制定合适资本管制/资本开放程度,
