Design and implementation of GIS for power distribution network based on Oracle and ArcEngine

摘要 近年来电力部门利用专业绘图软件(如AutoCAD)或自主开发的电力图形信息管理系统,实现了对空间数据的管理,但还存在很多不足。鉴于此,本文研究了地理信息系统与配电网管理系统的结合模式,基于Oracle及ArcSDE的空间数据管理方式,以GIS组件ArcEngine和VS.NET平台为开发工具,设计并研发了一套完整C/S模式的配电网地理信息系统,将基础地理信息、电力设备数据及其属性数据进行动态关联、集成管理,通过空间分析实现配电网管理中的高级分析功能,达到了简化操作方式,提高工作效率的目的。 Power department has used the professional drawing software( e. g. AutoCAD) or the independently developed information management system for power graphic in recent years, which has realized the spatial dala management, but also has many insuffi- ciencies. In view of this, the paper studied a combination mode of geographic information system and power distribution network man- agement system. It designed and developed a set of complete C/S pattern for the geographic information system for power distribution network, based on spatial data administration mode of Oracle and AreSDE, and the development tool of Arc Engine, and the platform of VS. NET. The system was able to put the fundamental geographic information, power equipment data and attribute data into dynamical correlation and intcgraled management. The system realized high-level analysis function in power network distribution management through spatial analysis, and achieved simplification of operating mode and improvement of working efficiency.
