金温线横向振幅超限桥梁的列车走行性分析

Analysis of train running performance of bridges on Jinwen line with lateral amplitude exceeding limit value

摘要 金温线部分桥梁横向振幅超过《检规》规定的行车安全限值,运营部门担心存在脱轨危险,急需对这些桥梁列车走行性进行评估,以便采取适当的处理措施。建立列车-桥梁系统振动计算模型,运用列车脱轨能量随机分析理论,分析了金温线4座预应力混凝土梁桥的列车走行性。分析结果表明:在现行行车条件下,武义江桥、岭下桥与好溪桥列车走行安全性、平稳性与舒适性有保障,不必采取限速或加固措施;湖边桥列车走行安全性不能保证,建议采取适当的加固措施,重点加固桥墩以增强桥梁横向刚度,加固前货物列车限速在60 km/h以下。以上研究成果在金温铁路已得到应用,避免了3座超限桥梁的加固,节省了大量的加固资金。对比分析4座桥梁横向振幅与《检规》行车安全限值可知:现有桥梁横向振幅行车安全限值过于严格,限制了既有铁路桥梁运能的发挥。 The lateral amplitudes of part bridges on Jinwen line exceed the limit value of traffic safety given by code.In order to take proper measures on these bridges,the train running performance of these bridges is needed to be evaluated urgently.The calculation model for train-bridge system vibration was presented,and train running performance of four bridges was analyzed with energy random analysis theory for derailment.The analyzed result shows that the safety,comfort and smoothness of running train on Wuyijiang bridge,Linxia bridge and Haoxi bridge can be guaranteed with existing operation condition,and rate-limiting or reinforcement are not needed.The safety of running train on Hubian bridge can't be guaranteed,and some reinforcement measures must be taken on this bridge,and the piers are suggested to be strengthened to build up bridge lateral rigidity.Before the bridge is strengthened,the speed of freight train should be controlled under 60 km/h.The research results have been adopted on Jinwen line.Reinforcing measures on three bridges are avoided,and lots of profit has been obtained.By comparison between the lateral amplitudes of four bridges and the limit value of traffic safety given by code,it can be seen that limit value of traffic safety of lateral amplitude given by existing code is too rigorous,with which the transport capacity of existing railway bridges is restricted.
