摘要
采用有限单元方法,建立了道岔区板式无砟轨道温度力的计算模型,结合热分析及结构分析,对道岔板进行温度梯度荷载作用下的翘曲分析,并对底座板弹性模量、底座板厚度、道岔板厚度、道岔板宽度的变化对道岔板纵向应力和位移的影响规律进行了分析。研究表明:道岔区板式无砟轨道的温度力和位移受底座板弹性模量变化的影响较大,道岔板厚度对结构受力也有较大的影响,而底座板厚度和道岔板宽度变化对结构的影响要居次要地位。
With the help of Finite Element Method,the model of slab track on switch area under temperature stress was established.Integrating thermal analysis with structural analysis,this paper described the switch board warping under temperature gradient.The law of main material parameters affecting on mechannic characteristic of slab track on switch area were also analyzed,such as the elastic modulus of base plate,the thickness of the base plate,the thickness and width of turnout slab.Results show that the temperature stress and displacement of the switch plate is deeply influenced by the elastic modulus of base plate and the thickness of turnout slab,while the width of turnout slab and the thickness of the base plate play a secondary role in the change of longitudinal force and displacement.
