摘要
江西省九景高速公路鄱阳湖大桥主桥为预应力混凝土高低塔斜拉桥,该桥运营近10年后,桥面出现部分病害,需对该桥进行桥面铺装改造。为保证桥面铺装耐久性,通过室内抗拔、抗剪试验研究比较3种防水粘结体系的抗拔性能和抗剪性能。研究确定AMP-100上铺热熔SBS改性沥青(撒布碎石)为该桥桥面防水粘结层,并总结该新型防水粘结体系的具体施工工艺。现场抗拔试验证明该新型防水粘结体系性能优越,满足桥面防水粘结层的抗拔强度要求。
The main bridge of Poyang Lake Bridge on Jiujiang-Jingdezhen Expressway in Jiangxi Province is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with unequal height pylons.About ten yeas after the bridge was put into operation,it was found that part of the deck pavement of the bridge had deteriorations and the pavement necessitated to be rehabilitated.To ensure the durability of the new deck pavement,the pulling and shearing properties of three types of waterproof binding systems were compared on the basis of laboratory test study and it was determined through study that the hot-melting SBS modified asphalt(sprinkled with crashed stones) should be laid on the AMP-100 as the waterproof binding layer for the pavement.The specific construction technology for the new type of the waterproof binding system is summarized herewith.The pulling tests made in the field show that the properties of the binding system are superior and can meet the requirement for the pulling strength of the waterproof binding layer of the bridge.
