摘要
大麦多糖为β葡聚糖,通过离心透析等方法得到纯净的β葡聚糖,多糖测定为86％,薄层层析为单一葡萄糖,表明此多糖为以葡萄糖分子连接而成的多分子长链。
The polysaccarides of baresly is 3 Glucans, purficatoiy 8 glucans was got by centrifuga-don eludon, the polysaccarides was 86 percent by determination. Thin layer chromatography was single glucose, It can be seen that the polysaccarides was linked with lots of glucose moleculars.
