Analysis of Mammography Dose and Low Contrast Film Quality

摘要 乳腺X射线检查是目前国际公认的有效检测乳腺癌的方法,对图像质量和系统稳定性要求非常高,不当的乳腺检测不但达不到准确检出疾病的目的,还可能因为X射线的过量使用而诱发乳腺疾病的发生,因此相关设备和摄影过程的质量控制尤为重要。本期专栏分别探讨了乳腺摄影剂量与低对比模体影像质量的关系,以及乳腺数字图像的软阅读与平均像素分析,希望能为促进行业内乳腺摄影质量控制发展提供借鉴。 Objective To analyse the relationship of the dose parameters of mammary gland automatic radiography model settings and low contrast image quality and the mammary gland dose of average in physical form measurement.Methods First,used three kinds of automatic radiography model(CNT contrast mode,STD standard mode,dose mode),illuminate 18-220 and 18-222 phantoms respectively,then illuminates a contrast-detail mammography(CDMAM) phantom which added three or four Acrylic boards(1cm) respectively.According to CDMAM test requirements,selected the upper and lower doses settings,CDMAM for exposure,obtained image analysis data.Results The CDMAM analysis data with three acrylic boards and 18-220 phantom dose is basically the same parameters,For CDMAM using three acrylic board,The AGD of CNT mode is twice the STD mode,IQFinv increased five to seven;The AGD of STD mode relatively Dose mode increased by 15%,IQFinv increased 8% to 13%.Conclusion First,the radiation dose excessive rise will not bring the corresponding low contrast performance effect;second,CNT mode and Dose mode is not suitable for routine examination,only the particular circumstances may use.Third,On the premise of image quality guarantee,The reference data and clinical other inspection of photography model is one of the effective solutions.to reduce the client radiation dose.
